Booking Process

  • Eligibility: To rent a vehicle from RoamwithRove, you must meet the minimum age requirement and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Reservation: Reservations can be made through our partner platform Turo. Click here to browse our available vehicles and make a reservation.
  • Confirmation: Upon booking confirmation through Turo, you will receive a reservation confirmation detailing your rental period, vehicle information, and pick-up instructions.

Pick-Up and Return

  • Pick-Up Location: Our vehicles are conveniently located in the heart of Toronto. Specific pick-up instructions will be provided upon reservation confirmation.
  • Return: Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date and time specified in your reservation through Turo. Late returns may incur additional fees.

Vehicle Availability

  • Availability: Vehicle availability is subject to change based on demand. We strive to fulfill all reservations; however, in rare cases, vehicle substitutions may be necessary.

Insurance and Coverage

  • Insurance Options: RoamwithRove offers insurance options to cover your rental. Details regarding coverage, deductibles, and exclusions will be provided through Turo during the booking process.
  • Customer Responsibilities: It is the renter’s responsibility to comply with all insurance terms and conditions, including reporting any accidents or damages promptly.

Vehicle Use

  • Driving Restrictions: Vehicles rented from RoamwithRove are for personal use only. Use of vehicles for commercial purposes or outside of designated areas may violate rental terms.
  • Prohibited Activities: Smoking, off-road driving, and transporting pets (unless otherwise specified) are prohibited in our rental vehicles.

Additional Fees and Charges

  • Fuel Policy: Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental period. Fuel charges may apply if not returned accordingly.
  • Additional Charges: Additional fees may apply for late returns, cleaning fees (if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty), tolls, parking violations, and other incidents.
